Commercial Property Maintenance

We started working with Blue Chip Maintenance based on a referral from another NARPM member in 2021. The whole Blue Chip Maintenance team has been great! With their ability to work with property managers and understand our business it allows us to be more successful.  They can quickly and efficiently coordinate with our residents and they also understand our do not exceed and approval process with our property owners. They have quickly become one of our most used vendors due to their quick turnaround and excellent communication.

Working with Blue Chip Maintenance is a pleasure.  I love the fact that they have late hours and work on Saturdays. They are very responsive and keep you updated on the progress of their work, to include details and photos.

We have been using Blue Chip Maintenance for a bit now and we love working with them because they are professional, polite and they provide the most detailed estimates. They also have technicians for a variety of different fields which has added to the joy of working with them.
