Our technicians make 10% more than the average independent contractor and we pay hourly commensurate with your experience and tenure with us.
When you work for us on a contract basis that means you can set the frequency you want to work. We only ask that when a job is sent your way, you get to it as soon as possible. If you are working full-time as a W2 position, then expect a steady stream of work and communication each day as our dispatch team works with you during service hours.
We prefer technicians with 10 years of experience in their field. Just click the Apply Now button on this page and fill out the form. We will set up a time to talk about your qualifications, availability, and determine employment options. Certifications and licenses are dependant on what type of work you specialize in.
No. All contract technicians are 1099 workers, so benefits such as insurance and 401k are not available. However, you still have access to a fantastic admin support team which allows you to work for yourself, but not by yourself.
Most of our contractors work at least 20-30 hours a week, but we will work with you to find a schedule that works for you.
Every technician has a login to our portal. There, you can submit invoices for work completed. Work will also come via phone call or through our mobile app from our dispatch team.
